  • Details match your noon account: Business name and ownership details should align with your registration documents.
  • Renew on time: Please keep your license updated to avoid account disruptions

Do I need to be VAT-registered to sell on noon?

If you are:

  • A local seller (UAE Commercial License)

    • With sales less than AED 375,000: You can start selling on noon even if you’re not VAT-registered yet
    • With sales more than AED 375,000, you will be required to add in your tax details (TRN, VAT Registration Certificate)
  • An International Seller (non-UAE Commercial License)

    • Without a local warehouse in UAE: You do not need to provide your VAT Registration. You can simply select non-VAT registered during the store setup process
    • With a local warehouse in UAE: You will have to provide your VAT during the store setup process
